Part 1 and Part 2 have been released!

Major changes compared to previous versions:

• Part 2!
• Music!
• A ton of fixes.
• Minor changes to game balance.

Unfortunately, the save file can’t be transferred from Part 1 to Part 2. However, Part 2 continues with the characters at the approximately same level as they’re intended to be at the end of Part 1 along with all treasures and items.

As for why there are two parts… During the development, I ran into an issue with the game crashing. After further testing, the issue seemed to be that the game did not fit in the 4 MB ROM. A simple fix would be to reduce the amount of content in the game. However, I wasn’t willing to cut out as much as was needed to fit it in a single ROM. Splitting the game into two parts allowed me to keep all the content I had already created while having some extra room in the second part for some optional boss battles and a small side quest.
